umm
Its been 27 since the Prom night. And over this period boy, was a lot done. And thanks to my constant procrastination, I have not been updating my blog AT ALL. Sorry....... So to make up for all of that heres a super long post.

Next in line came the sleepover at Ken's. We tanked a whole lot of cool anime. We finished the entire Neon Genesis Evangelion series in two nights straight along with the full-length movie which lasted a whooping four hours long. After the marathon of the movie, and still being quizzical about the "angels" and stuff, we were dead tired and flopped over....... Things were made worse by the fact that the following day was Sunday, meaning that we had to go to church.... and thanks to our carelessness, we had a real difficulty waking up the following day.....
Apparently after service, we had sufficient energy and returned to Ken's place and continued another series; Zero no Tsukaima, and finished it by dinner. Sometimes, I'm amazed at where our reserves of energy for anime come from..... hm..... maybe its in the blood?
Apparently the chalet is somewhere along Pasir Ris way. Sadly, I've heard numerous stories about the place which makes my skin crawl..... But at least we got the place for free =) Thank you Melvin! Incidentally, a couple of "unique" stuff happened during our stay there. On the first evening/ night, it took me, Casey and Jia Hao approximately 20 minutes to find the place. One contributing reason could be due to my overconfidence which caused us to get off a stop later..... Finding the place was another matter.... The street lamps did little aid in allowing us to see in the dark.... Most houses seemed unoccupied but dogs seemed to be in each and everyone of the houses. Barks from the dogs erupted around us as we passed..... But what made me jump was the fact that the house number 13 was unoccupied..... This placed a number of unnerving thoughts in our heads as we proceeded out search.... Finally, we found the place at 9. After a couple of rounds of taiti and majong, we settled down to watch Saw III. Boy was the movie gruesome........ made me want to throw up with what I had for dinner..... No wonder it recieved a R21 rating......... *Hacks*.......Its contents is too morbid to be place on my blog beside dear Makie.....! Certain parts of the movie was boring.... so I nodded off in between....
Now, onward to what I have done this week and what I am planning to do for the remaining of this week....
On Tuesday, I went for the usual sending of Christmas cards in the morning. In the afternoon, I went for ice skating with Ken, Ting, Charmaine, Jono, Judith and Judith's cousins. Despite the fact that this was the first time skating for me, I DID NOT FALL EVEN ONCE =) SOOO HAPPY! At least by the end of the entire skating session, I was able to maintain my own balance and did need to hold onto the barrier for support! We then headed down to Kobayashi after the skating and chatted (with the addition of James' numerous life stories) till 5:30 before heading back home as Ting had tuition and Jono had to pack for his trip overseas.
Today, I spent my morning sending more christmas cards before catching the movie Eragon with my brother and Jon. The movie was relatively all right by my standards. However, they changed quite a bit of the original story to make it seem more "Hollywood"-like and allow the hero to always triumph and get the girl...... That was the main let down. Other than that, the graphics were smooth and Saphira looked just how I imagined her to be.... Go Dragons! XD!!
Tomorrow, I'm catching a movie with Ching En tomorrow and at the same time returning him all of his Fruits Basket Manga. We're also heading down to Kinokuniya to have a look at the new Manga and will probably purchase some art books. If time permits, we may even had on down to Sunshine Plaza for a higher dose of Anime. On Friday, I'm playing tennis with Timothy and going for my Uncle's celebration of the birth of his new born daughter. Will probably head on down to Ken's after the celebration for more anime......
